SHIPPING
– Your item will be delivered to you within a maximum of two working days. Please note that shipping timelines may be slightly extended during public holidays, resulting in a few additional days of delivery.
– Items purchased on the same day can be shipped out on the same day if the customer completes the checkout process before 3 pm.
– We offer same-day delivery exclusively for orders placed through our WhatsApp service.
– We provide multiple shipping options for your convenience. Please select the preferred expedition method that suits your needs.

EXCHANGE POLICY

SIZE
– All requests for exchanges and returns must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your item.
– Please ensure that all exchange items are returned in the same condition as received, without being used, washed, or altered in any way. The original tags and labels must remain attached to the item.
– Exchanges are subject to availability.
– The customer is responsible for covering the delivery fee.
– Returned items should be sent to our address in Bali (the address will be provided). Once we receive your items, we will process the exchange and send the new items within a maximum of 1-3 working days.
– Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our quality control standards.

DEFECT
– Please ensure that all exchange requests and returns are initiated within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your item.
– All exchange items should be returned in the exact condition they were received, without any usage, washing, or alterations. The original tags and labels must be attached to the item.
– We will bear the delivery fee for returning the items.
– Kindly send the items back to our address in Bali (the address will be provided). Once we receive your items, we will promptly send the new items within a maximum of 1-3 working days.
